The group purchases hotels designed to be compatible with the long-term attributes that Lodging Unlimited is noted for in the hospitality industry, specifically the management and re-positioning of fundamentally sound hospitality facilities undergoing significant underperformance due to mismanagement, poor marketing or event-driven circumstances. These circumstances largely deal with credit pressures or those relating to a hotel’s ownership, but they can also emanate from the many operating mistakes and inefficiencies to which hospitality properties are often subjected.
